Handmade white silk and tulle wedding dress decorated with pearls and floral motifs, mint green.

Wonderful and precious bespoke wedding dress made in Italy in the 80s. Made of white silk topped with a layer of white tulle completely hand-embroidered with floral motifs made of cord, pearls and sequins. A larger flower adorns the left waist and is decorated with 2 shades of white pearls and Swarovski crystals. The lower part of the dress/skirt, at the back, features a degradé pattern of flowers that creates a slight contrast with the upper part as it does not have the tulle layer (photo 4, the two layers separated by a narrow line of the same flowers). On the upper back, where the closure is located, a sexy rhomboid cutoff detail with 9 rows of pearls. On the top of the rhombus, a pearl closes the neckline like a button, while in the lower corner the zipper opens the dress up to the waist. Dress in perfect condition, used only once by the original owner and then always stored in a plastic bag, in fact it has no stains, dust or defects of any kind, practically like new. Fits a size 42/M (no label). The retail price at the time exceeded 10,000,000 Italian lire, comparable to about €5,000 today, and this can be easily understood from the quality and quantity of the hand embroidery covering the garment and the overall quality of the materials used, not to mention the extraordinary design and finishes used by the tailor.
