Delicious 1950s jade green laces -brown silk tailor made dress + shawl set, mint

An incredible Italian mid-century tailor-made dress, one of those meant to be worn by high society of the time for its quality and precious artisanal craftsmanship. Brown satin base structure fully coated in gorgeous floral jade green lace all over, the shawl made only of lace with borders in the same brown silk as the under-dress, with a small bow at the closure (hook). Details all handmade with incredible attention and care. Beautifully intertwined shoulder straps in the same brown silk. Dress closes on one side with a zipper and small snap buttons, as pictured. In mint condition, looks basically as new, not a single sign of wear, aging or consumption. Probably among the most precious finds in our store, for its quality and uniqueness.
