One of a kind reversible kimono dust coat, blue velvet/ brown canvas, unique sartorial prototype, 1970s Italy mint

Beautiful sartorial prototype of a reversible kimono dust coat with 3/4 sleeves, hand made in Italy in the 70s.
I found this piece incomplete and gave it to my Taylor to finish the job; for me was really too sad that it was left unwearable (the b-side brown canvas side was partly unstitched, partly missing although the quality of the item was very high and carefully detailed on all other respects and parts, who know why they abandoned the job ...).
Main side is a vivid electric blue with ribbon details in black and neon yellow, resembling somehow to the flag of South Africa for the style of the geometry.
The other a strong brown canvas with the pocket borders in the same blue velvet.
It’s in mint condition, never been worn and left incomplete in a box for more than 40 years.
