Romy Paris elegant vintage dress made in France in the 70s.
Elegant blouson style with button up collar and strap/bow at the neck.
Petrol green and navy blue paisley base with purple/orange baroque motif allover and black velvet details at the cuffs and around the shoulder.
The fabric seems to be cotton or a cotton/wool blend, elastic and think but warm enough to be worn in winter with an appropriate underwear.
Glass beads embroidered paisley and rhombus motif on the front side of the velvet patch.
