Romy Paris elegant vintage dress made in France in the 70s. Elegant blouson style with button up collar and strap/bow at the neck. Petrol green and navy blue paisley base with purple/orange baroque motif allover and black velvet details at the cuffs and around the shoulder. The fabric seems to be cotton or a cotton/wool blend, elastic and thick but warm enough to be worn in winter with appropriate undergarments.
